What is Carb-Ease Plus?
This is a new product from Advocare that does more than the old Carb-Ease. Carb-Ease used to only reduce the absorption and breakdown of carbohydrates but now Carb-Ease Plus not only inhibits the breakdown of Carbs but also the breakdown of fats. This is a great product to take if you have a tendency to eat a few bad meals a week. My bad day is Sunday during football season. Just take two capsules right before any meal that is heavy in carbs and/or fats and you won't absorb as much of them as you would if you hadn't taken Carb-Ease Plus.
